Get flat-pack furniture assembled and ready to use, including beds, wardrobes, desks and storage units. Send the product link, a photo of the boxes and any access details so I can assess the job. Please check that all parts and instructions are available before the visit. Larger or more complex assemblies can be quoted individually.
Discuss furniture assemblyHave shelves, mirrors, pictures, curtain poles and blinds fitted where you need them. Send photos of the wall, the item and its approximate size and weight so I can discuss suitable fixings. Wall condition and concealed pipes or cables will be considered before drilling. Any additional fittings or materials will be discussed before work begins.
Discuss wall fittingsHelp with sticking doors, cupboard fittings, timber furniture and small repairs to skirting or architrave. I also make wooden shelves to fit your space and handmade wooden handles and knobs. Send photos, measurements and an idea of the finish you want. Custom pieces are quoted individually, with materials and finishes agreed before work starts.
Discuss your woodworking jobTake care of loose fittings, replacement handles and the everyday maintenance jobs that build up around your home. Put together a list and send a few photos so I can assess what is needed and plan the visit. Several small jobs can be discussed together. Any specialist work or problems outside the agreed scope will be explained before proceeding.
Discuss your home repairsFreshen up your home with small painting and decorating jobs, paint repairs and finishing touches to walls, doors or skirting. Send photos, approximate dimensions and details of the existing finish so I can assess preparation and materials. Matching older paint is not always possible. The area to be painted and the expected finish will be agreed before booking.
Discuss your decorating jobReplace worn silicone around baths, showers, sinks and kitchen worktops for a neater finish. Send close-up photos and approximate lengths so I can assess removal and replacement. Existing leaks, damaged surfaces or movement may need attention before resealing. The work and materials will be agreed in advance, with guidance on curing time before the area is used.

Fixed quotes available for furniture assembly, custom woodwork, decorating and resealing after reviewing the job. Include photos, your postcode and furniture product links, where relevant, in your enquiry.
A booking deposit is required: £50 where the agreed labour price or estimate is under £160, or 40% of labour where it is £160 or more. This threshold excludes materials, which are billed separately. Deposits count towards your final bill; cancellation and refund rights apply. Read booking, payment and waste-removal information.
Local travel is included within the service area, including in the £60 minimum booking. There is no separate local travel charge.
For jobs further afield, any additional travel charge will be agreed before booking.
Parking charges, where applicable, are extra and will be discussed in advance.
Hourly labour charges start on arrival at the job.
